This may seem like just a guy in a Master Chief costume, but let me tell you -- it was an awesome Master Chief costume! This was also representative of the type of fan who would stop by our booth to take a picture with Brotherhood of Steel statue.
Man, Master Chief and the Brotherhood of Steel side-by-side? They'd clean up D.C. in no time.
Kind of hard to make out what's going on here, I'll admit, but this is the Main Hall right before we did our on-stage Fallout 3 demo. The room was packed, and they had to turn away 1000 or so other people in the adjoining waiting room.
The demo itself was fantastic. The stars truly aligned to give us the best situations and V.A.T.S. camera angles, amd the energy in the room was awesome.
Our primary press demo space was a restored Airstream trailer. It was completely amazing. Here you can see the wall-mounted plasma TV, turned into a retro, Fallout-style Radiation King TV. And that fridge in the foreground? Stocked with delicious Nuka-Cola. Hmmm... Nuka-Cola.
